Investment and Export Promotion Agency, abbreviated as APIEX, JP is a public institution,
endowed with leg; personality, with administrative. financial and patrimonial autonomy, is
supervised by the Minister in charge of it area of Industry and Trade, tutelage created through
Decree no. 60/2016 of 12 December.
MANDATE APIEX is to promote and facilítate prívate and public investments and exports,
in accordance with the objectives and goals of the Govemment¶s economic policy.
THE ROLE OF APIEX IS AS FOLLOWS:
Development and implementation of actions aimed for promotion and management of prívate
and public.
